So sorry for your loss. I knew Kooch because I was a bank teller and would often help him with his transactions. Such a good guy!! 😞💔

Kooch was a legend in Milford. He and Mina’s friendship was always first and foremost. The delicious food they served was a bonus. I was a regular customer for many years there for lunch and they both made me feel like a relative rather than a customer. Your kindness will never be forgotten. May God keep your soul and bless your family

I am so sorry to hear of Kooch's passing. He and Mina always welcomed my daughter and me and made us feel like family. We enjoyed many many delicious lunches at the Crystal Spa. My heart goes out to you all. You are in my prayers.

And the moment I realized that I will no longer hear your voice, your laughter, your loving and wise advice, then and just then the world has collapsed on me for the umpteenth time. You have been able to accept me and make me feel part of your family. You and Mina were my strength, in my dark moments. To my friend with all my love ... "I believe there is only one form of greatness for man. If a man can fill the gap between life and death. I mean, if he can live even after he's dead, then maybe he was a great man. For me, the only success, the only greatness, is immortality. " (James Dean) Goodbye Kooch I will miss you so much!

As a past member of the Crystal Spa staff I can say with certainty that Kooch's contribution reached far beyond his immediate loving family. Dozens perhaps hundreds of high schoolers were mentored at the Spa. A first job in a small town can be a transformative experience. Kooch and Mina were terrific employers; both creating a stern yet friendly work environment for young people. For all the Spa employees of the past, allow me to say goodbye old friend, thank you and god bless you for all you have done for so many.

Mina, Danny and Family, I'm so truly sorry and saddened by your tremendous loss. I always looked forward to seeing and talking to Kooch through the years. Whether at breakfast with my father and Uncle John, at Friendly's, visiting friends at Atria or most recently at the Steakhouse he always had a welcoming hug and a smile that lit up the room. He was a special man who will be missed dearly. Kooch, Rest In Peace ♥

We were saddened to hear of your loss. I remember Kooch very well. He was a very warm gentleman. My dad, Ted Vasos owned Duffy’s Diner on Rt 140. He often visited Kooch at the spa and would take me with him for a hot dog and shake. My husband Jim Peltekis owned King Ford. He too knew your Koich and often had lunch at the spa. Our condolences to the family. May his memory be eternal ! Zoo se sas! Betty and Jim Peltekis

I'm sorry to hear of your loss. He was a great man and his influence lives on. I worked at the Crystal Spa while in high school in the 60's. The lessons I was taught about life and work stuck with me through my lifetime career in the hospitality industry. I was but a blip in his life but he passed on much in the short time I got to work there.
