Dear Peggy,Jessica and Family, Elmer was one of the sweetest, kindest, most gentle man I ever met. He just seemed resolved “to go with the flow”! His non-judge mental attitude made it always a pleasure to be in his presence. He made one feel at ease. Phil has prepared a place in Heaven for his beloved Father in Law and together they rejoice in reunion and pray for all of us in The Communion of the Saints! Be at peace knowing that he rests in peace🙏🏻
Michael Matondi

I met Elmer when he would walk by our house on his way to get coffee or go to the library, always happy and smiling, never to busy to stop and chat. What a nice man, a true gentleman. We will miss seeing him walk down Freedom Street. Our deepest condolences to Elmer's family!
