Rob you were the brother I never had. You were always there for me when I needed you. We became very close and life will just not be the same without you. You were a truly unique individual with a personality that would light up a room. I will miss you very much. I love you Rob! RIP as you reunite with your buddy VanDamme.
Robin Pollock

I've known you through two jobs and 13 years give or take, working elbow-to-elbow everyday, laughing, working out, watching movies, hanging out, talking about life, everything. You were always there for me no matter what. You know more about me then any other person on the planet and I wouldn't be the man I am today without knowing you. I couldn't have asked for a better friend then you. Words can't describe the grief I'm feeling right now and I cannot imagine the shock and sadness that has been thrust upon your family... which you loved very, very much. You will be missed dearly. I love you bro!
Adam Roy

To Rob’s family and Stormy – Please accept my heartfelt condolences for your loss. Rob was one of a kind and will never be forgotten. He was one of the nicest, funniest, kindest people anyone could ever meet and was loved by too many to count. May his beautiful memory comfort you in the time ahead.
Adam Roy

Robby-as we try to make sense of you leaving too soon, I will always remember your genuine kindness and how you entertained us with your humor on the bus ride back from the wedding ceremony. You will surely be missed and I will just assume that God needed you up in Heaven to spread laughter, kindness and to teach some strength training classes. You will be missed...
Jackie 'O' (Burnett)

My deepest sympathy to Rob's family for this sudden loss...He was fun to work with, making drab meetings entertaining. I will never forget the pranks, the "jokes", the comedic relief he provided...won't forget his slow and steady confident walk into the office every morning, ready to face the day's challenges. Always available to talk about an issue, or to lend an ear and just listen. I last saw him just a week ago, and when it was time for him to go, he high-fived me....HIGH FIVE TO YOU ROB! RIP
Mirella

Rob you will be missed. The office will never be the same without you. During the last year or so I came to think of you differently then when I first met you years ago. I think I was just getting to really know you. When I realized how kind you were to animals, your adopting Annie and how she made you happy after losing your other dog, we became closer. I really enjoyed talking to you about Annie and seeing her pictures. You were a kind person, and you made us laugh! RIP Rob...... From " the cat crazy cat lady!!

My thoughts are with Rob's family during this sad time. Rob was such a great guy, always had a smile on his face, quick with a joke, and so down to earth. Many days I turned around in my cubicle to find him sitting behind me...in case I needed a "break"! He will be missed by so many.
Kim Shepherd

Robbie, Thank you for being the GREATEST FRIEND a kid could ever have!! I will always remember your infectious smile, the way your eyes lit up with genuine happiness, the giggling, the laughing, and all of the fun silly, silly times. You were such a wonderful listener, had endless patience, such an amazingly positive attitude and took everything in a cool, easy going stride. Thanks for playing all those games with me, riding bikes, dancing and dancing, and on and on. It’s been 29 yrs since I saw you last, but from everything I’ve seen everyone write so far, it obvious that you didn’t change one bit! Not that I ever thought you could. I’m glad to hear it! Please show MJ the moonwalk we perfected and Rest in Peace. See you on the other side.
Kristen Hall

Jeff, Tara and family. Denise and I are so sad for you. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless your family.

My little brother Robbie,oh how I will miss you with your Colgate smile and big muscles..as kids I didn't like you most of the time but as we grew we became close. You could always make me laugh no matter what you would say and sometimes be a bit surprised that I was laughing. I always enjoyed being around you as you were ALWAYS in a good mood. My kids loved you and always say Uncle Robbie is strong. Don't worry about Anna,Nathan and the boys will take real good care of her. Sleep with the angels Robbie, and make sure you tell Elvis I miss him too. I love you forever! Your sis Tara.

To Rob’s family, I am so sorry for your loss. When I started at RBS, Rob was one of the first persons to stop by and say “hi” and offer any help I needed. Throughout the years we worked together he never stopped helping or making the day more enjoyable. Rob’s upbeat, positive personality was infectious and made everyone around him happier. He was definitely a son, a brother, an uncle you should be proud of. Rob, for our times on projects, lunches, and just talking, I thank you and will always cherish the memories.

Hey Bud, I will never understand why such a caring person like you who worries more about everybody else first before himself would have his life cut so short, but somehow I need to find a way to get through it and move ahead. I rarely meet anybody that I connect with so quickly and it was immediate with you, because of your great smile and fun loving personality. I will miss our 2 am dinner/movie marathons and our constant teasing and joking with each other. It always put a smile on my face. I will certainly miss you in my life, but I will never forget our great times together, and you will always be in my thoughts. Your friend for life! Ron Pollock

To Rob’s family and friends, you have my deepest condolences. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers. I will always remember Rob ‘strutting’ around the office, always with a huge smile on his face. No matter what was going on that day, it was his mission to make sure everyone was happy and had a smile. He always had a joke or a story to make us laugh. He will be missed by many, but we all have such great memories for us to hang on to.

My deepest sadness and condolence goes out to the Kearnan family at the loss of Rob. In my early years working with Rob he taught me to put compassion and heart in everything I do. He was wise beyond his age in his life philosophy and that can be seen in the out pouring of those he touched. I will never forget the confidence in myself he taught me – A piece of him will always live on in this world. Rest in Peace Rob

Life is not fair. I have a lot of questions. The biggest is WHY. I have been on the phone with the guys, and we keep sharing memories and stories about you. You were part of our group that is tighter than most families. I keep thinking of the last time we hung out. The 4 of us had a 3 hour dinner were we just laughed and cracked jokes all night. That dinner was just like any other time we hung out. It was special in it self but not unique. Because you always made the conversation fun and funny. Your the guy we called for UFC fights, action movies, and fitness. We will see you again, till then please look over us. You will never be forgoten,we love you buddy .

Looking for those special words that may soothe and bring comfort, but words are shallow and there are no words that can address a hurt so deep and a loss so profound. Instead, there is just a quiet understanding and thankfulness for the gift that was Robbie in all of our lives, his charm, his wit, his humor, his love of animals and his love of family and friends. He was so loved and we are ever grateful for the time spent with him. May the memories and the happy times bring comfort and peace.
Love, Aunt Kathy and Uncle Jim

Rob you're a great friend and you will truly be missed. You're a real stand up guy you were always there for all your friends. It was a beautiful ceremony and I can feel the powerful love and warmth of all his family and friends yesterday. To Rob: you're one of the chillest (because you're too cool to be the coolest), funniest, kindhearted co-worker that turned out to be a great friend. I was thinking of you lately..remembering our love and our time together. I was so lucky to have known you Rob, your so sweet! Remember, "Oooh, I'm so lucky!!" LOL I enjoyed our drives up to MA & visiting your Gram on the weekends or just watching movies on the couch. We did have a special love. You'll always be in my heart. You are missed dearly baby. I know we hadn't spoken since we broke up but I know it was only to make it easier. I know that. Robbie, I'll remember you always with a smile.
