Guestbook

Teresa moved to Hopedale after the loss of her daughter Joanna (Joanne), one of my good friends. I knew Teresa for twenty-five years ( I went to high school with Joanna) and she always opened her home to me- offering vegetables from her garden or giving me a taste of whatever she had cooked or baked. If I had no plans for holidays, I was welcome at her home without question. She was a strong and spirited woman with her own opinions and outlooks to share. I have missed Theodore, Teresa and Joanne as part of my life, but am happy they are now all together again. My thoughts are with Peter, Barbara and their children as well as the many cousins and relatives left behind.

Peter, Barbara, Natasha, and Phillip, My deepest sympathy at your loss of Teresa, mother, grandmother, and mother-in -law. I knew Teresa for many years. She was a devoted mother and wife and cared for her entire extended family. She was always very welcoming at her home, sharing her delicious baked goods and fruits from her garden. We spent some happy times together at dances and parties. She was quite a dancer in her time. Teresa had a fighting spirit that helped her through her many trials with her health and losses. I wish her eternal rest with her loved ones. My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of sorrow. "Pani Janka"

I am so sorry for the loss you and your family are enduring! The Bible provides us with so much comfort. We are told that we will be able to be with our loved ones again! Jesus himself said "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming when all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out!"-John chapter 5 verses 28 & 29. God also promises us at Revelation chapter 21 verses 3 & 4 that He will wipe out every tear from our eyes, and death will be no more. Neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore, the former things have passed away. I hope that you will gain comfort from the scriptures. Again I am so very sorry for the loss you have suffered!!
