Jimmy, Dianne, and all the family, what an incredible person we all had in Barbara, what a unique individual, a person who always gave me the inspiration to be more myself. I wish I had had more time with her, as I'm sure everyone who knew her is feeling.
I feel my mom around most when I'm like her, when I bring her humor, practicality and humility to a situation. Let's be that for Barbara, remembering her and continuing her voice.
