Martha “Marti” Cheschi (Lynch), 82,

Martha “Marti” Cheschi (Lynch), 82, passed away October 5th, 2022 at the Blaire House Nursing Home of Milford after a brief battle with lung cancer. Marti was born August 18th, 1940 in Boston, MA, the daughter of Jack and Josephine Lynch (Scott) of Wytopitlock, ME. After moving to Milford as a young girl, Marti graduated from St. Marys’ High School in Milford, Class of 1958. Marti was passionately involved in the schools’ drama club and was a classically trained singer who enjoyed performing for family and friends in her youth.

Marti worked for most of her professional career as the Office Manager at the Milford Housing Authority. She was an avid baseball fan and a member of the Milford Legion Baseball Organization for a number of years.

Marti was predeceased by her late husband, Anthony H. Cheschi of Euless, TX and is survived by her son, Michael Cheschi and his wife Rose Cheschi (Archambault) of Rhode Island. There will be no public calling hours.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to be made in her honor to the American Cancer Society.

Private funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Consigli Ruggerio Funeral Home, 46 Water St. in Milford, MA.
