Amanda and Ricky, I know you don't know who I am and to be honest I never met your Dad, but I feel like I've known him since he was a teenager!! Your uncle Scott told SO many stories about them growing up all the time smiling or out right laughing and oh how I loved watching him talk on the phone with him laughing the whole time! Your Uncle Scott adored him and I'm SO sorry for your loss!! As far as I'm concerned it's a loss for the whole world

So sorry for your loss. I just found out I'm not on face book or on line anymore. Rick John Grover and I CherylVanni went to our first hockey game together back in 19 87 and it was the best game I ever went to knowing that Rick is a Red Wings fan and that's the game we went to Bruins against the Red Wings and the Bruins won that thing it was the best game ever and I used to tease Rick all the time when I saw him at Cumby's or at King Jade I Miss seeing him when I'm getting a coffee and telling him that the Bruins are kicking the Red Wings but again. I hope you are all well and you are all in my prayers take care and now Rick is with the woman he always loved and they are together again

He was there while I was growing up him and Julie would be over our house visiting my father and mother and always loved saying hi to me and the kids .. we would bump into each other at stores and while he walked the dog.. he loved catching up when me and john would swing over .. I will miss seeing him walk the dog. He loved all his fame and friends... Rick was a great guy.. my condolences go out to Ricky, Amanda and the kids aswell as Bonnie and the rest of the family....
