I'm glad Frank was a better Father to his other children. We haven't been in contact for about 30 years. Last time I saw him was shortly after Amy was born. Sorry for your loss Uncle Brad. I forgive you Frank. I just found out today 9/20/13

It is so sad that my stepbrother passed and were never notified. Even more sad is that my late stepmothers last name was Bollen because she was married to my father for the last 15 years of her life. Frank also had 2 stepbrothers and 2 step sisters who cared. Rip is peace brother.
Daniel Bollen

My love is with all of you as we grieve this tremendous loss. We all have our own memories of our brother, our father, our husband, and it will be those memories that will make us strong enough to get through this. Let’s celebrate his life and how he changed ours.
Brad Tatreau

A father's legacy may well be measured by his son's love. In Frank's case there was no doubt of this. Rest easy Frank, you did well.
