Olga Marie (Sanchioni) Julian, 91,
Olga Marie (Sanchioni) Julian, 91, of Milford, MA, died Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Countryside Health Care of Milford. She was born in Milford, the daughter of the late Dante and Bruna (Ugachioni) Sanchioni and lived in Milford for many years. Mrs. Julian was a graduate of Milford High school class of 1941.
She was active in PTA, and various church groups. She was a clothing buyer for Mertz Company, Torrington, Connecticut. She was an avid Red Sox, Patriots, and Celtics fan. Mrs. Julian was also a poetry writer, avid reader and excellent cook. She was a loving person to all her children and family.
Mrs. Julian is survived by her sister Elia Tosches of Milford and brother Peter Sanchioni of Milford, her children Leslie M. Codianne, of Aptos, CA., Laurie D. Spina of New Haven CT, and Dr. Nicholas J. Julian, Jr. of Milford. She is survived by her grandchildren, Jennifer Codianne, Josh Spina, Rebecca Julian, Marena Batzanian and Nicholas Julian III. She was also blessed with two great grandchildren; Cameron Shiner, and Chloe Shiner. She is also survived by many cousins and extended family.
The funeral will be held Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at 9 A.M. from the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 A.M. in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church 7 East Main St. Milford. The burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery on Medway Rd. In Milford. Calling hours are Monday from 4 to 7 P.M.
At the family’s request, in lieu of flowers a memorial donation may be made to Countryside Health Care Memory Unit of Milford, 1 Countryside Drive, Milford, Massachusetts 01757.
