Christopher J. Butler, 41

Christopher J. Butler, 41, of Milford, MA, passed away surrounded by his loved ones after fighting a courageous battle. Born on June 6,1984, in Whitinsville, MA, Chris grew up in Uxbridge, where he was active in sports, scouting, the Youth Civil War Reenactment Group, and volunteered for many community organizations. A proud member of the Uxbridge High School Class of 2002, he built many lifelong friendships that he cherished deeply.

For the past twelve years, Chris made Milford his home, where he formed strong connections and lasting friendships. Known for his generous heart, he was always the first to offer a helping hand to anyone in need.

Chris loved his wife, Victoria Houston, and was a devoted stepfather to Samantha and Tesha Houston. A true family man, he had a special bond with his parents, Alfred and Beth (Denham) Butler, his brother Alfred and wife Tanya Butler, and he adored his niece, Trinity Butler. He also leaves behind many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins. Chris treated his nieces, nephews, and in-laws as his own, always making everyone feel loved, welcomed, and included.

He found joy in the simple things- spending time with his dogs, Sophie and Sulli, riding his Harley with his buddies, traveling, quahogging or relaxing at the Marchegiano Club. Chris had a quick wit, a sharp sense of humor and sarcasm that could make anyone laugh. He loved camping, tinkering in the garage, and working on machines.   A hardworking and dedicated man, Chris took great pride in his work as a machine operator at Kimball Sand. He also spent many years with the Milford Highway Department, Norman Rogers Contractors, and Beaupre Scrap, where his reliability, integrity, and strong work ethic were admired by all.

He was a warrior in every sense - strong, determined and full of heart.  Though he will be deeply missed, many stories of him and his strong presence will remain forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Calling hours will be held Sunday, November 9th, 2025 from 9 A.M. to 12 Noon. at the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home, 46 Water St., Milford.

Fred and Beth we are so sorry for this terrible loss to you both and the family. He was part of the crew growing up together and such a little character.
