William G. Downey Sr., 77,

    William G. Downey Sr., 77, of Milford, MA, passed away January 20, 2021 at the Milford Regional Medical Center. He was the husband of Patricia (Borelli) Downey for 58 years. He was born in Milford son of the late Alfred and Dorothy (Furlong) Downey and was lifelong Milford resident. He was educated in the Milford schools.          

    Mr. Downey retired in 2005 from Raytheon Corporation where he was employed as a tool and die maker.          

     In addition to his wife he is survived by his daughter Desiree Downey-Comer of Milford, three grandchildren, Jacob Arthur Comer, Aaron Downey-Comer, Nicoletta Bella Comer and one great-granddaughter, Kayleigh Comer. He was predeceased by his son Willian G. Downey Jr, two brothers, Alfred Downey and  Floyd Downey, five sisters, Dale Alger, Donna. Downey, Dottie Downey, Ruth Ambrogi and Alice Downey.          

     A graveside service will be held Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 10 A.M. at the Sacred Heart Cemetery on Medway Rd. Milford. There are no calling hours.     Arrangements are under the direction of the Consigli Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. Milford MA 01757

Dad I love you and miss you so much who am I going to play my jokes on and who is going to to try up them now that ur not here ..I will miss our times watching Westen’s and war movies..
