Doris Ferrelli, 100, of Milford passed away Thursday, December 8, 2022 at the Milford Regional Medical Center. She was born in Marlborough daughter of the late Arenzo and Cora (Lizotte) Ferrelli and was a lifelong Milford resident. She was educated in the Milford schools. Doris retired in 1989 from the former Cushing Hospital in Framingham.While she was employed, most of her life she was a caregiver for many local families.  She had a strong faith in God and loved helping her family and friends and was loved by so many.   

 She is survived by nieces Jeannie Petani of Milford, Deborah and her husband Stephen Cafarelli, Mary Ann and her husband David Bertulli all of Milford, Sandra Kerr of Franklin TN, grand and great-grand-nieces and nephews, Courtney Bertulli, Brittany Pessotti, John Cafarelli, David Cafarelli, Jean Michelle Petani, Chrissy Petani, Jamie Berthelette and Lindsey Watts, Lyla Pessotti, Leo Pessotti and Elyse Pessotti.

She was predeceased by her siblings, Joseph Ferrelli, Caroline Lussier, Christine Salvucci, Claire Berthelette and her nephew Robert Berthelette.

  The family of Doris would like to thank the staff at Countryside Healthcare and the staff at the Milford Regional Medical Center for the loving compassionate care for their Auntie Dot.  

The funeral will be held Monday, December 12, 2022 9 A.M. from the Consigli Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. Milford. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 A.M. at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church 7 East Main St. The burial will follow in the parish cemetery.Calling hours are Sunday from 2 to 4 P.M.
