Margaret C. (Silva) Ivey, 83,

Margaret C. (Silva) Ivey, 83, of Somerville, passed away March 2, 2023 in North Providence RI. She was born in Cambridge, daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Coppi) Silva and lived in Somerville most of her life. She was a graduate of the Somerville High School class of 1957. Mrs. Ivey retired in 2000 from the Modern Continental construction Company in Cambridge where she was employed in accounts payable. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grand and great grandchildren, dancing, traveling and puzzles.

She is survived her children, Susan Segelstrom of Belmont NH, Lisa and her wife Liz Marchetti of North Providence RI, one sister, Millie DeLeonardis of Uxbridge, seven grandchildren, Adam, Rachel, Christopher, Linsey, Allyse, Abbigale and Paul, nine great-grandchildren, Ethan, Alexzander, Elias, Aiden, Weston, Lylyan, Madison and Mason, many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her great-grandson Vincent Segelstrom.

The funeral will be held Monday, March 6, 2023 at 9 A.M. from the Consigli Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 A.M. in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church 5 East Main St. The burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery on Medway Rd in Milford.

Calling hours will be held Sunday from 4 to 8 P.M.
