David A. Simpson 64,


 David A. Simpson 64,  of Lancaster MA died peacefully on Tuesday, March 8th under the care of his close friends and the staff of Visiting Nurses
Association of Worcester, after his battle with Progressive Supra-nuclear
Palsy (PSP).  The son of Warren Arthur Simpson and Dorothy Caroline Kraft, he was born in Detroit MI. Dave graduated from Groves High School in Birmingham Michigan in 1964, and then Michigan State in 1970 with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.  After College he lived in California for a short time before moving to the east coast, the area he enjoyed and made is home.  David was employed by Wal-Mart in Leominster MA until his declining health forced him to retire. Dave enjoyed cooking and entertaining his friends, traveling and photography but his greatest passion was helping others in need.
 He leaves his mother Dorothy Kraft of Rockford IL.  Only brother, Jeffrey
Simpson and wife Bethanne of Rochester Hills, MI and Tucson AZ, two nephews, Wesley and Wade Simpson and several close friends he loved like family. 
A Remembrance Celebration of Dave's Life will be held at the Sterling
Chocksett Inn 59 Laurelwood Road Sterling Mass.  In the Brookside Room on Saturday, March 19 from 11am to 3pm.  In honor of Dave, donations may be made to the CUREPSP at WWW.PSP.ORG
Arrangements are under the direction of the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home Inc 46 Water St. Milford Ma.

... I don't even know what to say... I loved that guy, he was always there ready to help whenever you needed him. His passions for his dogs was amazing. I used to clean his house and David became one of the greatest friends I ever had. Thank You David for all you've done for me !!!

I had the pleasure of working with Dave some years ago at Wal-Mart in West Boylston. He was very pleasant to work with. My condolence go out to his family. May Dave RIP.
