Hi Walt and Ed: I drove by your old family home at 86 Simpson Drive in Framingham on 2/11/12 and decided to try to find you on the internet (after, what, 40 years or so). I'm sorry about your Dad. I remember him for all the fun stuff he did in the neighborhood -- go carts, boats, Baron (the dog who once bit me), Corvair for sister. My Mom, Alex, died last week and we had her funeral in Sudbury/Danvers on 2/10/12. Hope you and your families are well. Mark C. Davis (formerly of 100 Simpson, now in SF CA). markcdavis@netzero.com

Walt and Kim -
The entire Fleming family is in our thoughts and prayers. We enjoyed his company over the years at family dinners or chatting with him at the Quarter Deck. We're so sorry for your loss.

My condolences to Mary and the family. I knew Walter 55 years. He was very helpful when I first started work at GM. A good friend, with a real sense of humor.
He told great 'Pat & Mike' jokes, Irish accent and all. He will be missed, but we still have our memories.

Hi Pat,
Our sympathies go out to you and your family.

We have had many enjoyable occasions with the Flemings as Walsh Middle School teachers, Framingham summer shows, pool installation on Prior Drive, and more recently at Tony Basile's barber shop. Walter was the patriarch of a super family. We extend our sympathy to Mary and all the family.
