Nancy J (DeIeso) DiPietro 98, of Milford, peacefully passed away at the Lydia Taft House on Sunday June 11, 2023. She was the wife of the late Antonio C. DiPietro who passed away in 2008. Nancy was born in Milford, MA, daughter of the late Bernardo and late Maria V. (Marseglia) DeIeso and was a lifelong Milford resident. She was a graduate of Milford High School class of 1942.
Nancy was a lifelong communicant of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church and a member of the Sacred Heart Women’s club. Nancy worked at General Electric for twenty years, and then retired from Anthony Robert’s.
Nancy is survived by her daughter Susan J Fontana of Hopedale, daughter-in-law Linda Prouty of Worcester, four grandchildren, Marc A. DiPietro and his wife Kim of Bellingham, Paul M. DiPietro and his wife Rachel, of Hopedale, Crista M. Fontana of Hopedale, and Maria A. Fontana of Hopedale, three great grandchildren, Tony and Gianna DiPietro of Bellingham, and Vivian DiPietro of Hopedale, one brother Vincent DeIeso, and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her son Anthony C. DiPietro, her sister Josephine M. Vitale and husband Cleo, her brother Carlo DeIeso and wife Gloria, and sister-in-law Francis DeIeso.
Her funeral will be held Saturday June 17, 2023 at 9 AM from the Consigli Ruggerio Funeral home, 46 Water Street Milford, MA, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10 AM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church 7 East Main Street Milford, MA (upper church). Burial will follow at Sacred Heart cemetery in Milford. Visiting hours will be Friday June 16, 2023 from 4 to 7 PM.
