Pauline A. Heavey, 95, of Bellingham, passed away on Monday, June 12, 2023 surrounded by her family at her home. She was the wife of the late Thomas B. Heavey who passed away in 2000. She was born in Framingham daughter of the late Paul and Jean (Clark) Newton and lived in Medway before moving to Bellingham in 1946. She was a graduate of the Medway High school class of 1945.
Mrs. Heavey retired in 1990 from law offices in Bellingham where she was employed as a legal secretary. She was an avid bowler, loved animals, loved movies and listening to music.
She was a dedicated mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her children, John Heavey and his wife Emily of West Wareham, Diane Patys of Bellingham, seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son Thomas Heavey, two brothers, Donald Newton and Richard Newton.
Funeral services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Consigli Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. Milford.
