Henry E. Bertulli, 96,

Henry E. Bertulli, 96, of Milford, passed away on Monday, June 12, 2023, surrounded by his family at his home. He was the husband of the late Frances J. (Guerra) Bertulli who passed away in 1996. He was born in Milford son of the late Pietro and Anna (Liberto) Bertulli and was a lifelong Milford resident. He was educated in the Milford schools. He was a World War II Army veteran.       

Mr. Bertulli retired in 1984 from the St. Mark’s School in Southborough where he was employed as a cook. He was also a self employed and highly respected housepainter for many years.  He was a member of the Milford Italian Veterans, Italian Veterans Bocce League, a member of the Dramatic club and last year’s Grand Marshall of the Milford Veterans parade. Henry was a fantastic cook and an avid Red Sox Fan.

He is survived by his children, Michael Bertulli and his partner Janie Tremlett of Medfield, David Bertulli and his wife MaryAnn of Milford, Henry Bertulli and his wife Michelle of Milford, Robert Bertulli and his wife Ann of Northbridge, Anthony Bertulli of Mansfield, Timothy Bertulli and his wife Patricia of Inverness FL, his longtime companion Claudia Pellegrini of Milford, one brother Peter Bertulli of Medway, ten grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Ernesto Bertulli, Vincent Bertulli, and his sisters, Eva Bertulli and Catherine Bassignani.  

 The funeral will be held Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 9 A.M. the Consigli Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. Milford. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 A.M. at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church 5 East Main St. The burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery on Medway Rd. Calling hours will be held Monday, June 19, 2023 from 5 to 8 P.M
