Mercedes was a very kind and caring person who I had the pleasure to meet at work. She will be missed there and I'm sure she will be missed greatly by her family whom she spoke of so often. May you rest in peace Mercedes. My condolences to her family. Sincerely, Tish

Miss your happy face and light heartedness.

From all the years I've known you, you have been the most kind hearted and humble person I know. No matter what happened you always had a smile on your face. It was always a pleasure to be in your company, whether volunteering at your place of work or seeing you at my house. You didn't deserve this, no one does. But you are in a better place. You will always be missed and loved. Rest in peace

I will forever be grateful for being able to sit and talk with you Sunday morning. You were an inspiration to me. Like a sister and a mother. You were such a great friend and I am so thankful for everything you did. You were a bright beacon of light for everyone and you're going to be sorely missed. I know you're never truly far away. Thank you for being my friend, for always listening to me, for not only telling me what I wanted to hear, but for telling it like it was. You gave and gave and gave and gave. I wish more people were like you! I know I told you plenty of times, but I wish I could tell you one more time. I LOVE YOU!

Though I can’t be with all of you today, you are in my thoughts and prayers.
