Catherine E. “Kitty” Iacovelli, 97

          Catherine E. “Kitty” Iacovelli, 97, of Milford, died May, 3, 2012 in the Milford Care and Rehabilitation Center in Milford. She was born in Milford daughter of the late Antonio and Anita (DeMattia) Iacovelli and was a life long Milford resident. She was a graduate of the Milford High school class of 1933.
        Ms. Iacovelli retired in 1987 from the Milford Tool and Die Company in Milford where she was employed as an office manager.
       She traveled extensively throughout Europe and the United States.
       She was a communicant of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, a member of the Sacred Heart Women’s Club and a member of the Hoboken Citizens Club.
      She was the beloved aunt of Anthony D. Iacovelli and his wife Janet of Milford, David Iacovelli of Milford, Edward Iacovelli and his wife Jean of Hopedale, Ernest Iacovelli and his wife Martha of Louisiana and Richard Iacovelli and his wife Janet of Franklin. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, great-grandnieces and nephews.       She was predeceased by her brothers Michael Iacovelli, Ernest Iacovelli and Anthony Iacovelli.
      A mass of Christian burial be held Monday, May 7, 2012 at 11:30 A.M. in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church 7 East Main St in Milford Ma.
      The burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
      Calling hours will be held Monday morning prior to the funeral mass from 9:30 to 11 A.M. in the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. Milford MA.
