Pedro G. Fraga, 84,
of Milford, died Wednesday, May 30, 2012 in the Milford Regional Medical Center in Milford Ma. He was the husband of the late Theresa M. (Goncalves) Fraga who died in 2006. He was born in Antigo, Portugal son of the late Ana Fraga and moved to Milford in 1953.
Mr. Fraga retired in 1989 from the Standard Foundry in Worcester where he was employed as a Machinist. Previously he was employed as a machinist at the former Draper Corp. in Hopedale for many years.
He was a communicant of the St. Mary’s of the Assumption Church aan a member Milford Portuguese Club.
He is survived by one son Peter Fraga of Worcester, two daughters Maryann and her husband Arthur Pereira of Milford, Albertina “Tina” and her husband Domingos Pereira Sr. of Milford, one sister Carolina Fraga of Milford, four grandchildren, Domingos Pereira Jr, Paulo Pereira, Melissa and her husband Nuno Mestre and Christina Fraga all of Milford, two great-grandchildren Nuno Mestre and Catarina Mestre both of Milford.
He was predeceased by his brother Domingos Fraga.
The funeral will be held Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 9 A.M. from the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. in Milford MA. A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 A.M. in the St. Mary’s of the Assumption Church on Winter St. in Milford MA.
Burial will be in the St. Mary’s Cemetery on Cedar St. in Milford.
Calling hours are Friday 4 to 8 P.M.
