Dave and I were best of friends in elementary school. I have fond memories of our summer fishing adventures. Dave never spoke an unkind word, a gentle soul.
John Dumont

Driving by the Nipmuc Rod and Gun one summer day I saw Dave looking perplexed looking down at the spillway at the pond. It provoked me to stop to find out what he was looking perplexed about. He pointed out a beaver that was trapped in the spillway. He decided to call professionals which came and got the animal safely out. I drove away feeling pretty good. My heart felt condolences go out to his friends and family for I certainly know he will be missed.

Dave will be missed, he was always there to greet you in a friendly way! He was a good listener and loved to tell his stories. (He lost so many cell phones in the pond, at our fishing derbies!. We all loved his laugh, and loved him! He was a true asset to the NR&G club, where he enjoyed hanging out in his spare time. I have known him thru the club for over ten years, and he was one of our group who was truly dedicated to helping out at the club, for the good of the club, in any capacity. He was a great person!
Jon Tiedemann--Nipmuc R & G

Dear Cousin David and Linda, My heart felt sympathy goes out to you in the loss of your son, David Jr. Although we haven't seen each other in quite a few years, I fondly remember all the DiDonato gatherings of the past.
