Alice Oneschuk, 88,

    Alice Oneschuk, 88, of Milford died on July 19, 2013 at Medway Country Manor, where she had been a long term resident.  She is survived by her siblings: Olga Anderson, Anna Parente and her husband James Parente, Joseph Oneschuk and his wife Kathleen Oneschuk, all of Milford, as well as Lillian Smart of Atlanta, Georgia, her godchildren Marcia Parchesky and Joseph Oneschuk, Jr., many nieces and nephews, and two grand-nieces.   
        Alice was born on February 25, 1925 in Milford, MA and was a life-long resident of Prospect Heights.  She was one of nine children born to Alexander and Rosalie (Kmita) Oneschuk of Milford.  She was predeceased by her sisters Rosalie Calhoun of Coronado, California, Mary and Tina Oneschuk of Milford, as well as her brother Alexander Oneschuk of Hopedale.    
       Alice graduated from Milford High School in the class of 1942.  She worked as an office clerk at the Draper Corporation in Hopedale, where she also sang in the choral group, the Texteliers.                
    Calling hours will be held at the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 23 from 4 pm to 8 pm.  Funeral services will be held there on Wednesday, July 24 at 10 am.  The burial will follow at the Vernon Grove Cemetery.   In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in her name to the Medway Country Manor Residents' Activities Fund, 115 Holliston Street, Medway, MA 02053.
