Mario A. Rovedo, 83,

    Mario A. Rovedo, 83, of Franklin, died August 29, 2013 in the Milford Regional Medical Center in Milford MA. He was the husband of the late Arlene (Maroney) Rovedo who died in 2011. He was born in Milford son of the late John and Santina (Muin) Rovedo and lived in Milford most of his life before moving to Franklin in 2005. He was educated in the Milford schools.
    He was a Korean War Navy Veteran and also served in the Army reserves Mr. Rovedo retired in 1992 from the Natick Labs where he was employed as a mechanic.
    He was a communicant of the St. Mary’s Church in Uxbridge, a member of the V.F.W. in Bellingham and Natick.
     He is survived by his children, Michael Rovedo of Milford, Diane Rovedo of Franklin, one brother Edgidio Rovedo of Milford, two sisters Ada Diani of Holliston and Esther Pozzoli of NY.
     A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday, September 5, 2013 at 11 A.M. in the St. Mary’s Church on Mendon St. Uxbridge MA.
    The burial will follow in the St. Mary’s Cemetery in Uxbridge MA
     The calling hour will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 AM prior the mass in the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. Milford MA.
