Benedetto J. Tomaso, 103,

    Benedetto J. Tomaso, 103, of Milford, died October 16, 2013 in the Kindred Healthcare in Franklin. He was born in Milford, and was a lifelong Milford resident.
    He was a graduate of the Milford High School class of 1928. He received an engineering degree from Wentworth College.
    Mr. Tomaso retired in 1982 from the laborers union in Framingham.
      He was a communicant of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, a member of the Forgiano Club, Dramatic Club and a member of the Milford High School Hall of Fame.
    He is survived by his son Bernard Tomaso and his girlfriend Melinda Vassilopoulos both of Milford, a sister Josephine Keene of Milford, eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
     He was predeceased by his son Richard Tomaso.
     The funeral will be held Monday, October 21, 2013 at 9 A.M. from the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. Milford MA. A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 A.M. in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church 7 East Main St. Milford MA. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
     Calling hours are Sunday from 5 to 8 P.M.
