Robert W. Roy Sr., 78,

Robert W. Roy Sr., 78, of Mendon, passed away May 13, 2015 in the Milford Regional Medical Center. He was the husband of Patricia A. (Meade) Roy of 56 years. He was born in Mendon son of the late Frank and Regina (Beaudoin) Roy and was a lifelong Mendon resident. He was educated in the Mendon schools. He was a Korean War Army Veteran.
 Mr. Roy retired in 1992 from the carpenters union Local # 535 in Norwood.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Robert Roy Jr. and his wife Jennifer, Regina and her husband Richard Lareau, one sister Jean Matott all of Mendon, six grandchildren, Cameron Roy, Danielle Roy, Jarrod Lareau, Isabelle Lareau, Olivia Lareau and Sedrick Lareau all of Mendon.     He was predeceased by his brother Louis Roy.
The funeral will be held Tuesday May 19, 2015 at 9 AM from the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St Milford Ma.
 A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM at the St. Gabriel’s the Archangel Church 151 Mendon St. Upton MA  
The burial will follow in the St. Mary’s Cemetery on Cedar St. Milford MA.
 Calling hours will be held Monday from 4 to 6 PM.
