Ann T. (Shaver) Szady 87,

            Ann T. (Shaver) Szady 87,  of  Bourne formerly of Milford, passed away August 10, 2015 at the Cape Cod Senior Residence in Pocasset MA. She was the wife of the late Max W. Szady who passed away in 1988. She was born in Milford, daughter of the late John and Sadie (Julian) Shaver, and lived in Milford and Wareham before moving to Bourne in 1994. She was educated in the Milford schools.
Mrs. Szady retired in 1997 from the Wrentham State School where she was employed as a supervisor. She was also was employed as a hostess at the Glen Ellen Country Club in Millis and Lakeview Ballroom in Mendon.
She is survived by her children, Michelle and her husband Gregory Allegrezza of Milford, Rebecca and her husband Michael Carchidi of Cataumet MA, Cynthia and her husband Dennis Fontecchio of Satellite Beach FL, Joseph Szady and his wife Linda of Albuquerque NM, one sister Elizabeth Blackburn of Upton, ten grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her grandson Sgt. Elia Fontecchio, brothers, Edward Shaver, Roy Shaver, Gino Shaver, and her sisters Pauline Chaplin and Florence Moschini.            
The funeral will be held Monday, August 17, 2015 at 9 AM from the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home, 46 Water St.  A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 AM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church 7 East Main St. Milford.  The burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Calling hours will be held Sunday from 5 to 8 PM
Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Cape Cod Senior Residence 100 Dr. Julius Kelley Lane Pocasset MA 02559 or to the Sgt. Elia Fontecchio Scholarship Fund C/O Milford Federal Savings and Loan 246 Main St. Milford MA 01757
