Vinny was a wonderful aid to me and my fellows, always consistent and concerned. To watch him love and support his daughter was also one of the most beautiful experiences I have encountered. His lifestyle proved that love can conquer all, if the giver is determined and willing. I was always grateful for his service to our country, and he was a wonderful reminder on holidays when I would run into him in uniform. He will be sorely missed. I know he is at home with his wife and his Higher Power. May he rest in peace.

Mr. Pearl was dedicated to his community, his country, and the kids at Milford High School. I may have ran away from him in the halls a few too many times, but I know that he was there to keep us safe. You will be missed.

"Family", that's all I can say Vinny. I had the opportunity to conversate with him a thousand times and the principles were always the same. Loyalty, honor, integrity, the permanence of my actions, and family. He was an honorable man and I will miss seeing new photos of him walking in the parades, wearing his dress uniform. I don't think anyone I've ever met was so proud to put it on. Thank you for your service to our country, for raising a loving family, and for our many conversations. Rest easy sir. Our heart filled condolences to the Pearl family.

Mr. Pearl was a great man. I have so many memories with him.in high school. When he wasn't chasing us down trying to get us to stay in school he was roaming the halls keeping us in check. He was funny and serious about everything he did. It was a genuine pleasure to have known him. He had the spunk of a teenager and the determination of a lion. There wasn't anything that could slow him down. All around a great man and he will be very missed. My condolences to his family and friends. You have lost a soldier but gained and angel. May he rest in the sweetest peace.
Kari Simmons

My sincerest condolences to the Pearl family. Though I did not really know him, his biography alone portrays what a great man he was and what a great life he lived.
Josh Lynde

Mr. Pearl patrolled the hallways of Milford High School and kept us kids in line. "You better have your hall pass or Pearl is going to get ya!". He kept us all in line. I thank him for his service to our country, and am very sorry for your loss.
