Robert E. Dexter, 60, of Colebrook NH, formerly of Bellingham, passed away July, 16, 2016 at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Lin Xaio Fei for 9 years. He was born in Milford son of Robert W. Dexter of Mendon and the late Madeline (Taxiera) Dexter and lived in Bellingham and Tilton NH and China before moving to Colebrook NH. He was educated in the Bellingham schools. Mr. Dexter retired in 2008 from the Watts Valve Company in China where he was employed as a General Manager. In addition to his wife and father he is survived by two sons, Robert E. Dexter Jr. and Mark Dexter both of Northfield, NH, two daughters, Isabell Dexter and Sabrina Dexter both of Colebrook NH, three brothers, William Dexter of Medway, Stephen Dexter of Blackstone, Thomas Dexter of Bellingham, two sisters, Madeline DeSimone of Medway and Catherine Kampersal of Holliston. The funeral will be held Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 9 A.M from the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. Milford MA. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 A.M. at the St. Mary of the Assumption Church on Winter St. The burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 4 to 8 P.M. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his memory to the American Liver Foundation, 188 Needham St. Suite 240 Newton Upper Falls Ma 02464.
