My heart goes out to Mel"s 2 family's her own and her TLC family, I first met her in 2000 at TLC , she had a big heart and a kind word for everyone, always smiling, The world needs more just like her, I am heartbroken she had to leave this world so soon, Rest in peace, Mel and thank you for being so kind to my daughter as a child there and after as a co-worker❤️

Ryan and I will truly miss Mel, she was such an incredible part of Ryan's life while at TLC. She was a woman with the most kindest heart and wonderful spirit. She gave so much to her job and to her TLC kiddos... and they loved her just as much! We love you Mel and will miss you! Rest in peace Mel xoxo

Melody was an amazing person. She cared about every parent, child, and coworker that crossed her path during her time at TLC, and I am truly honored to have worked alongside her. I will never forget her kindness, her sense of humor, and how much she truly loved her work. I will miss her very much.
Rest in Peace Melody. <3

Melody was one in a million! My girls absolutely adored her! TLC is a magical place for children and Mel truly contributed to that magic! I miss her saying "oh Eabha, you're such a chatterbox!" Her dedication and love for the TLC kids was so amazing!
