Clara A. (Guerrieri) Niro, 88, of Milford, passed away October 20, 2023 at the Blaire house Assisted living in Milford MA. She was the wife of the late Leonardo Niro who passed away in 2015. She was born in Pietra Montecorvino, Italy daughter Altorino and Maria (Palumbo) Guerrieri and moved to Milford in 1972. She was employed for many years as a stitcher for the former Anthony Roberts in Milford.
She enjoyed caring for her children and grandchildren and a very talented embroider of linens and with the hope that her linens would be displayed in a museum .
She is survived by her children, Guiseppe Niro of Worcester, Ettore (Antonio ) Niro and his wife Alice of Milford, Aldo Niro and his wife Laurie of Milford, Mark Niro of Milford, Robert Niro of Mendon, Nina and her husband Rae Grenon of Upton, Maria Leticia of NY, and her brothers Pasquale and Matteo Guerrieri both of Italy, four grandchildren, Adam Grenon, Vanessa Niro, Jonathan Niro and Gianna Niro, several nieces and nephews.
A calling hour will be held Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 8:30 to 9:30 A.M. at the Consigli Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. Milford, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at the 10 A.M. at the St. Gabriel the Archangel Church 115 Mendon St. Upton Ma. The burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery on Medway Rd in Milford MA.
