Louis J. “Gig’ Ferrucci, 77,

Louis J. “Gig’ Ferrucci, 77, of Milford, passed away peacefully, January 25, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Laurie A. (Giordano) Ferrucci. He was born in Milford, son of the late Pasquale and Antoinette (Pica) Ferrucci and was a lifelong Milford resident. He was a graduate of the Milford High school class of 1965. He was a Vietnam Army Veteran.

Louis retired in 2003 from the Massachusetts Department of Correction where he was employed as a corrections officer for 32 years. He was a member of the Hoboken Club in Milford, he loved the horse track, playing poker and gin rummy, 50’s music, winters in Florida and summers in Maine.       

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his step son Nicholas Wolchon and his wife Jessica of Mendon, two sisters, Maryanne and her husband Silvio Sannicandro of Hopedale, Theresa and her husband Peter Macchi of Milford, many nieces and nephews.           

Calling hours will be held Saturday, February 1, 2025, from 9 to 11 A.M. at the Consigli Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. A funeral home service will immediately follow.  The burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Milford.

In lieu of flowers donation can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association 309 Waverly Oaks Rd. Waltham MA 02452
