Barbara E. (Cenedella) MacRae, 89,

Barbara E. (Cenedella) MacRae, 89, of Milford, passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021 at the Milford Regional Medical Center. She was the wife of the late David C. MacRae who passed away in 2016. She was born in Milford, daughter of the late Alfred and Mary (Gallerani) Cenedella and was a lifelong Milford resident.            

She was a graduate of the St. Mary’s High School class of 1950. She also received a degree in Child Development from Worcester State College. Barbara retired in 1993 from the Milford school system, where she was employed as a teacher’s aide. She was a communicant of the Sacred Heart of Jesus church.            

She is survived by her children, David M. MacRae of Auburn, James E. MacRae of Douglas, Robert J. MacRae and his wife Christina of Milford, one brother Alfred J. Cenedella of FL, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.             

Calling hours will be held Friday, November 12, 2021 from 8:30 to 10 A.M. at the Consigli Ruggerio Funeral home 46 Water St. Milford, followed by a funeral home service at 10 A.M. The burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Milford
