Albert Richard Consigli, 91

Albert Richard Consigli, 91, of Milford, peacefully left this world surrounded with close family by his side on March 22, 2021 after a courageous struggle with Alzheimer’s. Albert is survived by his son Marc Consigli and his wife Rose Consigli of Ashland, MA.  Albert is survived by his son Daniel Consigli and his wife Lisa Consigli of Boynton Beach FL and his son Gary Consigli of Yarmouth, MA. Albert is also survived by his brother of 97 years Alfred Consigli. Al is survived by many extended family members and countless close friends. He was the beloved son of Cesar Consigli and Clara (Speroni) Consigli of Milford, MA Albert was the youngest of nine boys in his family. Al loved his family and friends with all his heart.

Al was President of his class of 1947 at Milford High School. Al was not only class President but was the quarterback of the football team. Albert served his country in the Air Force and was stationed in Europe. Albert went on to Worcester State college where he graduated from. Albert went on to work for Raytheon Corporation in the 1960’s and 70’s. Albert then followed his passion for building homes and built many homes in Metro-west and Cape Cod, MA.

Al loved life and he lived it completely to the fullest. Al was positive, fun and a loving free spirit! He was fortunate to have traveled throughout the US and Europe. He lived a full and rich life.  Al loved his family and friends and would do anything for them. He loved to be outdoors gardening, playing tennis, golf and hanging with his friends. However, Al’s true passion was ballroom dancing and he was a “Pro”! Albert has left us to “Go Dancing” in heaven.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday at 10 A.M. at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church 5 East Main St. The burial will follow in the parish cemetery.

Calling hours will be held Friday from 3 to 6 P.M. at the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home, 46 Water St, Milford, MA

Memorial contribution can be made to a charity of one’s choice

To all of Al's family..my deepest sympathy. Al was a dance partner and did a great job at keeping his "ladies" entertained!
